Thank you for the recording. Display issues of that type are commonly graphics card or driver related. See the following Autodesk Knowledge Network article for suggestions:
Mouse cursor or crosshair disappears in AutoCAD products
I do not see this card in the Certified Graphics Hardware list, NVidia may be able to suggest the best driver.
