Our subscription expired by 1 day due to delays in renewal from Dell...tried Autodesk first. Do we have to reload AutoCadLT to use our renewed subscription of 2016 or a way to do it from 2015. We are currently locked out...

Sorry to hear about the issue. To clarify, what do you mean reload? This is a desktop subscription correct? You should just be able to log into the program if your account is set up correctly, however I am not seeing any products in your account. You may need to speak to your reseller and previously suggested.
