Displaying and snapping to arcs not functioning

I am trying to draw a road intersection with large radius arcs however when I'm viewing the area the arcs are not displaying correctly depending on how far I zoom in or out and I cannot snap to the arc objects properly. See yellow linework in screenshot below - particularly areas within the pink circles.

Did you get this file from a Civl3D user or was the file created in another different program?
Do you just need to REGENALL before you start trying to snap to the arc?
LIST command says what about this ARC?

Can you post (a representative part of) your drawing (.dwg) please?

The DWG file created by me. It contains several Xref files created by others. The coords are large(ish) for example 67000,223000 is the region I'm working in. I have looked at other posts on this forum and see others having similar issues purely due to the coords being far from 0,0. The objects display and snap properly when working in the model, but it makes it nearly impossible to work in the layouts.

The file was not a Civil3D dwg. I also have Civil3D but have not used it on this project.

Regenall command does not help.

It sounds like you have a couple of solutions.

Drafting is a breeze and Revit doesn't always work the way you think it should.
