Change your workflow, you're just creating issues that are totally avoidable.
LT2022 can open AutoCAD2020 files just fine, no extra effort needed. OPEN command.

Both can open 2013DWG file formats, and can save back down to it.
Open your file(s) in R2020 (or LT2022) and copy/paste between the DWG files in the one program. Then use SAVEAS to ensure your 2013DWG file format is maintained.
AUTOTURN is a 3rd party tool and may be creating content that is not compatible with programs that is not loaded perhaps? Why not ask them for support with the issue if the real problem is LT does not like their content ,here is the link https://www.transoftsolutions.com/technical-support/
