Where did you get that file from? Is it yours? Or colleagues? Are you aware of what all it includes? It's a lot.
I've tried to fix it but did not run it.
Also, not sure which type of langueage script was originally used, it makes a mess in the Latin alphabet - that was also the cause of the issue. See
