Yes, you can do that. The easiest way to do that is to create a blank drawing and add all the blocks you need into that drawing and save it in one location. Now open the Design Center(DC) by typing the command "DC" or by pressing ctrl+2 and then browse the drawing which you had saved from the folder list on the left side and then right-click on the drawing and select "Create Tool palette". Wait for a while until AutoCAD creates a new tool palette with all the blocks inside the drawing ![]()
