how to hide (not delete) some palettes from my tool palette list

hi all

i have some palettes i use quite often, i would like to just keep those palettes and turn off the ones that come with AutoCAD.

how can i do this without deleting them?

Mouse RT click on tool palette header, select Customize Palettes and create your own group. Then the group will be listed at the lower part of this menu.

Right-click here

Select Customize Palettes

Then right-click here and choose NEW Group, call it Autodesk

Move these over to that new group

Close out of all the pop-ups.

 

The result looks like this when you right-click here

All hidden until you decide to use them.
