moving a placed item to a dimension

I used to be able to do this, and I haven't used AC for a while and I cant remember how to do this, I want to copy and past a circle with an A in it that I have grouped and then use two dimensions to move it where its supposed to be.

can someone remind me how to do this

thanks in advance

For dimensions do you mean XY coordinates? If so the Command would be Move (basepoint) @4,5 or whatever coordinates you want. This only  works if Dynamic input is off. There is a symbol to use with dynamic input on but I don't remember what it is. To turn it off type Dynmode on the command line and set it to 0. I hope this helps.

I used to be able to edit this dimension and actually move the circle out to that dimension.  let say I wanted this circle to be out 30 inches in stead of 27
