Unable to use "send to" "mail recipient" in AutoCAD file explorer

Have a user using AutoCAD 2020. His PC is windows 10 20h2.

He is trying the following and it isn't working:

In AutoCAD, he goes, File > Open, and the AutoCAD file explorer opens. He then right clicks a file, goes to "Send to" and clicks on "Mail recipient"

Nothing happens.

I have confirmed Outlook is the default mail client. Windows Mail is uninstalled. If we open Windows File Explorer, go to the same file, and repeat the action of selecting "Mail recipient", a new email windows opens from Outlook with the standard "Send to" settings and message.

Does this functionality just not work from the AutoCAD File Explorer? Is there a configuration we need to add so AutoCAD knows to use Outlook?

Screen shot of how it looks when he selects "Mail recipient"

That's a system level setting/default or th wrong version mail client or a Windows Registry edit/fix, cannot be addressed from inside AutoCAD. Is the user in a limited log-in account in Windows?

FWIW they ought to be using ETRANSMIT command to package a ZIP, then email it from outside the program using their mail client or the method you described from Windows File Manager.
