Hello

Q1) Which ACAD exactly ? - Have you all Update / Hotfix installed ??

Q2) Are you using Wipeouts into your DWG ?

They look very similar to me (except for the different shade of green).  Can you specifically point to where and what the differences are?

are you kidding :cara_que_ríe_con_la_boca_abierta_y_los_ojos_sonrientes:

look at the edges of the letters and white frames around the digits almost impossible to notice

Post your DWG file instead of berating others for their observations, lets touch your content for ourselves to see what is going on.

"Impossible to notice" is not the same as "distorted."  I was looking mostly at the edges of the sign, which didn't look bad.  (And I do wonder why it's skewed at a slight angle, which can make lines or edges look a little bit stepped, depending on screen resolution, etc.)

Are you letters and frames edged with bordering Polylines or something, in the same green color as the sign surface, so that any lineweight on those borders would overlap into the white areas?  [A drawing file would answer this.]

what is better practice to make traffic signs in AutoCAD not to get this type of problems?

If the problem is outlining with width around letters and frames, delete the outlining.
