Like the title says, my viewports have disappeared but I'm convinced they're on a layer that's not turned off / frozen (do not show up using LAYON or LAYTHW). I can't move or delete them and haven't had any luck with the REGEN command.
Trying to avoid workarounds and find a proper solution, any help appreciated!

Hi,
this is what I see after opening your drawing:
1) a lot of XRef's are missing
2) this is a screenshot of what I see ... is there anything missing? It would help to tell us what you are missing and where this should be positioned.
