Does not really change the situation if you try to use parts inside your drawing which were created with "not for commercial use" software.
The vendor has to correct the files, not you.

You find a lot things in web which are not legal, just to find such things does not give you the right to follow these suggestions. To remove the plot stamp is definitely a violation of license.
