Because something changed and it looks like you don't know what changed.

If you want to know if your AutoCAD profile is defect or the AutoCAD installation has defects it's a good option to run tests with a different Windows user account to make sure you don't kill your AutoCAD settings.

 

You can ignore the test with login as different user and simple kill/reset your current AutoCAD profile even if you don't know if it's the source of the issue.
