Pop up help menu when starting new drawing

Every time I start a new drawing, the F12 help window pops up. Is there a way to stop this from happening? Thanks.

What is that window? F12 does not bring up a help window.

Rob

Drafting is a breeze and Revit doesn't always work the way you think it should.

You have a badly coded startup that is hitting <enter> which by default brings up HELP (F1, not F12).

This is old R2013: so what did you add or change recently? It is not supported in Windows10 by the way.

The STARTUP command didn't work. We recentally moved my cpu to a new office and this just started happening. Not sure what could have been pressed or changed.

You have more than moving/relocating a PC issue going on: something in your startup or profile changed too.

Ask your IT/Cad manager if they did more than just move computers.

I had a tough time switching my default printer. I might have changed a setting when doing so.

Solved it. There was a start up script that told it to find the old printer. Had to delete the script.
