Why does my block turns into messy lines after converting into pdf?

I am really having a hard time fixing this issue. When I am in the model, the blocks are all okay but when I convert it into pdf, blocks became so messy. Please help.

See attached screenshot on the pdf

I have to delete some parts of the drawings, and I noticed that whenever I delete then plot the document, the zigzag look of the chair blocks diminishes also. It became smoother unlike the whole drawings.

So I attached the file, and if you convert this into pdf, the chairs looks so messy. It is not solid , it has open joints and very ugly looking

I have a good final result and without a problem !!! I think that you need to check and review again your Plot settings . select the right and proper paper and scale then untick plot object lineweights , any changes ?

Do you run Adobe Acrobat?  If you do, change your printer in the Plot Window like this:
