I did find a workaround for my problem. As it is not that comfortable to use i would not call it a solution to the problem, but i guess it is as close as it gets to one.

 

I cloned my Operating System to second SSD (might just try installing a second one if you have enough partitions/drives) that is connected via USB 3.2 (Hint: Dont forget to change the BootDrigerFlag, otherwise Windows wont boot from a USB-Drive). So now i have one Operating system with the latest graphics drivers and one with the 441.12 driver for working in AutoCAD. Still hoping that Autodesk certifies newer drivers at some point but this way i am at least not dependent on their grace until that happens.
