Without seeing your drawing file I guess there are 2 possibilities.

1. the line type scale in model space is different to the one in viewport (in your layout).

   Have a look system variables LTSCALE, CELTSCALE and PSLTSCALE in HELP (Press "F1" key)

2. layer states setting. Some layers are turned off in model space when they are on in the viewport.

   Double click inside of viewport then type LAYER to open layer manager. Carefully check columns of "On", "Freeze", "New VP Freeze" and "VP Freeze" in the dialog for all layers.
