How do I maintain the same line type scale simultaneously in Paper Space and Model space? AutoCAD help says to use the "viewport zoom factor" but does not give the command or show where it can be found.

linetypes as a standard are acting as annotative objects, meaning that they will maintain the same visual fidelity in model space as across several viewports in paper space.
You can change the scale of your viewports in the properties palette (when selecting a viewport). But you will see that the actual fidelity of your linetype will not change.
If you wish your linetype to scale together with the scale of your viewport you can change the PSLTSCALE variable (which you can also find in the details of the Linetype Manager (command: LINETYPE))

The PSLTSCALE was set to 1; Setting it to 0 fixed the problem. I now see the same line type scale in both Paper Space and Model Space.
Thanks.
