the pictures a re useless because all layers from PIC1 showing the same color in PIC2

No difference :cara_guiñando_un_ojo:

In Picture1 are only layers with name B* and all with Color7(white/black)

in Picture2 we see the same, all layer with name B* are set to color7

The other layers from Pic2 are not listed in Picture1

 

But: If you are working with AutoCAD, than the simple answer is:

The one who created the setup saved the layers with this colors, nothing else.

 

Open the DWT

Command: OPEN, change FileExtension to DWT, navigate to your template you are using

open the DWTfile, check color of Layers..
