Why you have a different units use ( dwg units vs paper size ) ? there is NO need for that !!

Is there any annotative objects in your drawing ? i mean have you use any Annotation scale in your drawing like for Dimstyle , Text , Blocks ...etc ? annotation scale usually used for other scales especially that we always draw at 1:100 scale and depending on dwg units .

Since you want to plot on scale 1:100 , there is NO need to change your annotative scale . keep it as it's .
