Hello friends. Thanks again for the help. Answering the questions:

1 - My version of Windows 10 is HOME. As I said, we use the shared HD as a home network connected to a computer (\\ ...). Two computers connect to this network, so there are 3 machines in all. The "network" and the two that work on the shared folder.

2 - AutoCAD 2019.1.2 version

3 - ALL sharing permissions on the computer used as a network are released to all computers. We have no problems accessing the network or saving to other programs. CAD only. The image I sent on the Documents partition was just a test we did when we realized that the problem was not just on the HD drive, but on any shared folder on the PC.

4 - I am realizing that CAD is taking too long to open a file and sometimes it even crashes and does not open on the first attempt. It is as if the network connection to the CAD is "slow".

5 - Follow new PtScreens. The first is with FILEDIA 1 and the second with FILEDIA 0 (he manages to give the saveas).

And we got in touch with an IT person who will help us, but I'm still in doubt if the problem is the network or CAD.
