Hi,

AutoCAD struggles when you using the "Pick" method to Hatch in such situations. So try selecting the boundary objects which you are trying to hatch or use the command "BOUNDARY" to create a new polyline boundary and then select that object to hatch boundary and then later on you can delete the polyline if you are trying to create a non-associative hatch.
