Autocad 2018 render with white dots

Hello,

in autocad 2018 when I do the render in high quality I have an image full of white dots, it’s like if some pixel is missing.

This happen only in the high quality, with any kind of lights or material, even with standard light and standard material.

After 48 hours of rendering I still have an awful image.

I saw it already but it’s not a solution, I mean it says to render in cloud to solve this. But what if I can’t? Why if I do it locally the images looks like this? This is a 4 hours rendering with one light and no materials.

It’s impossible that there is, no solution how do you guys work like that?
