AutoCad Crashes and freezes whole system after windows update
Good Day!, Im new here and I need help. My AutoCAD 2021 have been crashing and freezing my whole system. I have observed that it all started after the latest windows update and i have to resort to force shut down my laptop. I have tried reverting to the 2017 version but its still freezes my whole system. Can anyone help me?

if its system freezing then thats a hardware or a driver issue or could be an issue with the windows update
uninstall the update & check with the microsoft forum to see if this is a known issue with this update or contact the laptop manufacturer for further troubleshooting

that was only 1 solution if you don’t know how to troubleshoot hardware or driver issues then take laptop to a computer repair shop or contact the laptop manufactuer for further help

why are you posting this again:
read your other thread: https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/autocad-forum/autocad-crashes-and-freezes-whole-system-after-windows-...
suggestions were offered on that thread
is there a reason why you won’t do them?
