i thank that it's an attribute for some thing that we don't know . i mean that those 7,8, and 9 are numbers for something that we don't know. you can use it for a certain purpose and it's not a basic symbol that all the world understand . ![]()

It's poorly drawn lines and text (maybe attributes) and maybe a leader.
