Can not update software using Autodesk Desktop App or AVA Virtual assistant
I am constantly in awe in how poorly Autodesk supports their users by supplying garbage software installation tools. I have yet to get Autodesk Desktop App to work consistently, if at all, while paying a premium for their suite. Using a Xeon E-2276M with Windows 10 provides the same user experience as an 8 year old Windows 7 machine, constant problems. My favorite troubleshooting tip is 'Try a wired connection', do they realize it is 2020? Why is it that my Adobe suite updates problem free, is there something that I am missing here. Fortunately, I'll be able to speak with someone 12 hours from now via phone or in 2 days via email.

Go to tray (status bar) , right click Autodesk Desktop App and choose Exit than go to add/remove programs and uninstall Autodesk Desktop App >> go here << and install the program again
