problems with a borrowed Network License

After borrowing a NETWORK license, users are reporting that CAD is freezing/lagging for 2 to 4 minutes, then will work for about 5 minutes then freezes again for 2 to 4 minutes making it impossible to work remotely.

if the users are trying to use the software through a remote viewing portal then this will happen. The users need to download the software to their computer. If they have done this then I would attribute it to under specked home computers. The network license once signed in should not effect the software performance.

Thanks for your reply  nikm42Q9N.  More info about problem........CAD was installed locally along with a borrowed network license. User then takes their computer offsite to work remotely and now is having this problem. CAD files were saved locally as well. Thoughts?

if the user in not connected to the internet at all times then that might be the problem. if you read the attached link the the previous message it looks like there is a patch
