Recovering drawing file fail (not possible to open in AutoCAD)
Hei Everyone,
One of our customer has get a crash in AutoCAD and tries to recover the file and not possible to recover.
I have tried all the step defined in the Autodesk Knolwedge point to get fix this problem (like using the backup file, using insert etc..) , however not possible to fix.
Even renaming the *.bak file is also corrupted.
Is there any other way to solve this issue? Attached the file.

Hi, @tesfaye_kebede
I recommend turning on Autosave and setting the increment to 1 minutes. SAVEFILEPATH to be set in local drive create new folder name as Autosave. This is for future work.
Always keep a backup in a different location (not the same drive)
Install latest updates and service packs from autodesk.
recovering a drawing in a higher version of AutoCAD
No use you upoad .dwg here, because backup file saved in another system.
drawingrecovery is maximum

Thank you for the good suggestion.
The customer works in a company which they have a backup system in a server.
They have a good routine as you explained but this happen sometimes.
Making a new drawing will not be 100% same as the one you made before.
So the only solution is to draw everything again?

AUTOSAVE set to 10-minutes is more than adequate, 1-minute is mindlessly excessive.
