Hello.

In your initial post you asked about Windows updates.  Have a look at this document on the Autodesk Knowledge Network on system requirements for AutoCAD 2019 and Windows 7.  It does mention a specific Windows update.  Maybe you could check to see if you have this installed.

 

I’ve also located this article, which mentions a similar problem occurring during activation of the product.  Did your issue begin when activating or shortly after, and are you using Internet Explorer 10?
