Viewport Printing

Please can someone help? I am a green user of AutoCAD Mechanical 2020 and am trying to print a title block page. I have all the information gathered on the page along with a viewport. The viewport shows on the page as 'Conceptual'  and is in a grey colour with outlines. When I print this, everything prints fine but the viewport prints black and nothing can be seen. Below images are of the page layout and print preview.

Do you plot using ctb or stb? Would it be possible to take a screenshot of the Plot dialog window and upload it.

Hi, I have to be honest and say I have no idea if ctb or stb. Below is plot window, hopefully this can tell you? The Plot style table has the drop down open.

Try selecting Grayscale and see if that gives you something closer to what you are looking for. Based on the screen shoot you do not have a plot style table selected. The plot style table determines how the screen colors, linetype, and more will look like when plotted. If you select one and then click the button (red bar and wrench) next to the dropdown list a dialogue box will open showing you the plot setting for the current colors.  See this article for more details plot styles and the differences between Named and Color plot style tables.
