Thank you for your replies. I was not able to test until recently, so sorry for the delay.

I tried running from the local Administrator, domain account without a network cable plugged in, with/without Run as Administrator, and with/without the /nohardware flag (just to cover as much ground as I could), all of those combinations resulted in the same issue for AutoCAD2019.1.2.

 

One thing I noticed (after a lot of back-and-forth) was that compared to AutoCAD2018 and 2019.1.0, the splash screen for 2019.1.2 never displays the “Preparing working environment … RIBBON” message. In its place, it hangs on the last “loading…” for much longer before displaying the white page as shown in the screenshot. Do not know if that means something to anyone.

No. It is a Stand-alone: Commercial license (multiple seats).
