How to change the color of the buttons that the user hovers over in light theme?

Hi I just had AutoCAD 2020 installed and set the theme to light, like I had in AutoCAD 2018.

What I however also had in  was the buttons that I hovered over were blue, but now they are grey. How do I change that color as well?

It wouldn't normally be such a big deal but I edit manuals for the company and I just have a ton of images with the light + blue theme and I wouldn't want it to look mixed and at the same time I wouldn't like to update them all.

I stumbled upon the below link... not sure if it will help you out, but thought I would pass it along nonetheless.

Hi,

Doesn't really seem to be that.

A small attachment added here, which shows what used to be light-blue in ACAD 2018, but now seems to be grey in 2020.

2020 is totally different with its color schemes from 2019 and older: not much you can do about it if the COLORS button in OPTIONS command does not offer it as something you can change.
