Overcharged for renewal
I find it impossible to get a refund for being overcharged for my AutoCAD LT subscription renewal. Received an email the month prior stating that the renewal amount was $440 for another year and that my credit card would be charged on February 18th. My March credit card statement shows a charge of $480.00.
I contact support via chat and email. The response I keep getting is that there was a price increase in March. I even received an email from Autodesk support stating that the price increase was in March and the renewal amount for February was $440.00. I don't understand. If the price increase was in March and my renewal was in February, why was I charged the additional amount?
They have offered to give me 20 credit days on my next renewal. I don't want the credit days, they are assuming that I will still be in business next year.

I don't think you'll get much help here. The Autodesk Forums are peer to peer support. While someone from Autodesk may notice your post. This isn't an official support channel.
Do you work with a reseller? Have you notified your credit card company of the overcharge?

Although one could hold out hope in human nature that someone from @Anonymous might respond to get @peteB6RP2 connected with someone who can actually help.
