This new Subscription payment That is going into affect July 10th, is it going to kill Discounts from our partners? Am I still going to be able to finance my 3 year subscription at 0%. This is really concerning.

That all depends on what Autodesk is offering at the time: no one knows for sure today.

I can't imagine why Autodesk would offer 0% financing. They have something people need and that thing cost $$, and borrowing $$ cost $$.
