Schau mal diesen Artikel an. Der gibt dir die Systemvoraussetzungen für PowerMill 2018. Kopiere dir das aber auch noch einmal raus.

Da sagt es zumindest das die Karte 2GB haben soll, damit es läuft. Du könntest mit deiner Annahme bezüglich deiner vorhandenen Grafikkartenstärke eventuell recht haben.
