Autocad LT - Properties box not showing at right position, tabs always 1 tab below.

I've updated to Autocad LT 2024 and since then the properties tab has shown an empty gap on the top and the tabs don't match the right lines. i.e from the image, if I press "Layer" tab, the "Colour" tab will be selected instead, I'll need to click on any tab then everything goes back to the right form, but its kinda annoying as it means I'll need to click twice before I get to the right tab i need.

@joW8BBH It may be time to reset LT2024 back to defaults: just don't forget to

  1. Restart your PC. Does that fix the pallette? If not...
  2. Backup your customizations first https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to-import-and-...
  3. After the reset, ensure you have all the LT2024 updates installed https://help.autodesk.com/view/ACDLT/2024/ENU/?guid=AUTOCADLT_2024_1_5_FIXED_ISSUES#:~:text=SHARE-,2...
  4. TEST the reset LT2024's PROPERTIES palettes to ensure there are no issues before you import back your customizations.

Hi Pendean,

Thanks for the suggestion, I've restarted the mac and autocad many times but issue remains, i've also tried to install the latest "hotfix" but it still didn't fix the problem. Would you be able to tell me how to "reset" the LT2024? thanks in advance.
