Attached find a simple drawing that illustrates a common mysterious problem that always comes up.

I added a notation with a leader with the word "Corner".  Then I subsequently moved the arrow away from the corner to a place on the wall.

Then, When I look at my paper space sheet with three different viewport scales only one shows the moved arrow. The other two are stuck in their original position.  Why didn't they move?
