Hi @maryada_k ,
>>>>LINE COMMAND STARTED BEHAVING WEIRD EVERY TIME I ENTER A COMMAND FOR EXAMPLE- 5'<0 IT ENDS UP ATTACHING MY LINE TO XY AXIS
Not sure that I understand correctly about the result you get. Can you illustrate this behaviour somehow? Maybe with screenshots.
>>>>MY MEASUREMENT COMMAND GETS STUCK IN A LOOP WHERE IT ASKS ME TO TYPE IN THE TYPE OF MEASUREMENT THEN CHOOSE START POINT AND END POINT AND ENDS UP AGAIN ASKING FOR TYPE OF MEASUREMENT.
If you mean MEASUREGEOM command, then it is a standard behaviour. To exit from this command you need to hit Esc key.

As you can see in the photos above- this is after I gave a specific line dimension and angle, second point of my line always goes and attaches itself to YX axis point no matter what I do. This also happens if I try to move an object in a specific direction to a specific point.
As for the measure command it asks me to enter an option and when i type d for distance ( although I already chose meausure distance command itself) it again asks me to select first and second point then again to enter an option until I exit the command with no measurement.

Hi @maryada_k ,
1/ To enable relative coordinates for direct input use menu Tools -> Drafting Settings, then select Dynamic input tab and pick on "Settings" button under "Pointer input" :
Activate "Relative coordinates" option active in "Format" section:
Save settings with OK button.
2/ After you complete distance measurement, you can exit MEASUREGEOM command with Esc key or by selecting "eXit" option:
Command:
MEASUREGEOM
Move cursor or [Distance/Radius/Angle/ARea/Volume/Quick/Mode/eXit] <eXit>: d
Specify first point:
Specify second point or [Multiple points]:
Distance = 100.0000, Angle in XY Plane = 0, Angle from XY Plane = 0
Delta X = 100.0000, Delta Y = 0.0000, Delta Z = 0.0000
Enter an option [Distance/Radius/Angle/ARea/Volume/Quick/Mode/eXit] <Distance>: X
Command:

Sorry, I didn't notice that you have Dynamic Input disabled
With Dynamic Input disabled you need to type:
@5'<0
and hit Return after you pick the first point of line.
