First of all - to be able to use images in your answers and attach any documents, you need to use a browser - ie. respond not by e-mail, but here on the Forum.

 

Can you share your drawing here on the Forum?

If yes, please create an archive of the drawing and dependency files (CTB for instance) with ETRANSMIT command and attach it to your reply here on the Forum.

 

It seems to me that you mixed imperial and metric settings in your drawing and this explains all the problems you have.

What is your preferred units? What is 1 AutoCAD unit in your drawing in the real world?

You need to turn off the display of lineweights with this button on the Status Bar:
