It's strange that you haven't noticed this before. Retina display support was added to AutoCAD for Mac in 2014 version and the display of lines on the Retina display did not change until the 2023 version.

Starting in version 2023, the lines on the native Retina drawing canvas are thicker than in previous versions.

You need to upgrade to AutoCAD 2023, or better - to AutoCAD 2024 to get thicker lines on your Retina display:
