Hi, same problem here.

Fixed it this way:

 

It is possible to set custom shortcuts via Tools > Customize > Interface > Shortcuts.

For some reason AutoCAD doesn't accept setting for example "Undo" to "CMD+Z" and keeps "CMD+W".

However changing it to some other value (i.e. "CMD+SHFT+A") creates a custom shortcut file under "/Users/<USERNAME>/Library/Application Support/Autodesk/AutoCAD LT 2024 Standalone/R24.3/roaming/CUI/Accelerator.cui"

You can edit this file with a text editor (textEdit on mac).

Custom shortcuts now have extra fields AccelChar="XX" en AccKeys="XX" (see "Position" 97 to 102).
Now you can change every shortcut to the wanted value, but pay ATTENTION: A=Q and Z=W!!
