AutoCAD not responding

Hello, I’m using AutoCAD on mac (with parallel) I’ve been using it for nearly a year and never had any trouble with it. Yesterday it started not responding. I’ve tried everything this fix it but nothing seems to work. My mac, Autodesk and parallel have the newest update and I have a lot of storage. I’m not sure why this is happening.

Please specify AutoCAD version and macOS version installed on your Mac.

Do you use AutoCAD for Mac or AutoCAD for Windows inside Parallels Desktop virtual machine?
