The Library folder inside your Home folder is hidden in macOS by default and it exists on all Macs.
So do this:
- remove Josephine Sans fonts from the "/Library/Fonts" folder
- install Josephine Sans fonts from Font Book.app - as I wrote before: if you use menu File -> Add fonts in the FontBook app, the fonts should go to the "/Users/YOUR_USER_NAME/Library/Fonts" folder by default.
FYI: Looks like you are using an old version of macOS (or I'm wrong?), so to go to the Library folder inside your Home folder, click 'Go' in the Finder menu bar, and hold down the 'Option' (Alt) key. The Library entry now appears in the Finder > Go menu.
