Loft tool has "Cross sections only" option locked on.
I am trying to use two CLOSED, parallel and level splines to make a lofted volume. I have tried to turn off the "Cross sections only" option, changed the lofting settings, closing the splines (they are confirmed to be closed), and reselecting the volume mode; it repeatedly makes a surface as can be seen in the last image.
I tried to use the loft tool on a previous set of splines successfully used to make a solid and it still does not work. How can I make a solid with Loft??
Resulting loft surface with cross sections only

Hi @a00829556 ,
Please verify that LOFT command has Solid mode enabled at the beginning of the command.
Plus - the splines geometry can case LOFT command to create surface instead of 3D Solid.
Can you share your drawing or part of it here? I'll look at it.

Hi @a00829556 ,
I have no problem creating a 3D solid with the LOFT command (sections only) in your drawing:
See attached drawing.
