Block Sync for Mac?

Hello, I'm looking to share blocks between devices (Mac and Windows versions of AutoCAD). Is this possible or is an external cloud solution needed?

As long as all users have access to your source DWG file(s) for those blocks through your preferred access/delivery method (same ones you use to access your own DWG files), you're there.

But for starting new projects on one device and being able to access the blocks from my other device?

Yes, if you want to sync (share with yourself) block library and recent blocks between your devices, you need to use cloud solution:
