but all my research says things like "Right click on the 'Parametric' ribbon, I guess you read question/solutions for AutoCAD, not for AutoCAD FOR MAC
but the Mac version doesn't have a ribbon, Right, Ribbon is a Microsoft gui thing.

I've been watching a lot of videos and usually I'm able to translate windows to mac (and vice versa), but I really cannot find the Parameter Manager anywhere.

Nowhere. Not part of your software - like some other tools too.
You have to use the Windows version if you like/need to use this feature.
