On a Mac, you can't use OLE technology to embed a bitmap image in an AutoCAD drawing, so the only way is to send the image file you've attached as an xref along with the drawing file.

You can use ETRANSMIT command:

https://help.autodesk.com/view/ACDMAC/2021/ENU/?guid=GUID-153D23AF-0705-43BC-BCAF-4F40B13D7BBD

to create an archive with all references attached.
