Saving DWT file to template folder

Hello all, thanks for all the incredible information everyone is sharing here!

So ive been working with Autocad for Mac for the past 3 years. Previously, when I wanted to save a DWT file, the Save window automatically went to the Autocad Template folder. Recently I updates my IOS to Monterey and since then, it dosnt do that.

I cant reach the Template folder through the Save window, because its in the User Library, which is not accessible through that.

Im running Autocad LT 2020 for Mac

Anyone know how to fix this?? I update my templates regularly and this is pretty annoying.

Thanks in advance!

Hi @omer.n.gabay ,

You can add hidden home Library folder (or directly AutoCAD Template folder) to the favourites section on Finder's Sidebar. Look at the Method 3 here:

https://kb.mit.edu/confluence/display/istcontrib/How+to+make+your+Library+folder+visible+in+the+Find...

This way the Templates folder will always be visible on Sidebar in Save As window in AutoCAD and you can easily reach it.
