Can't install AutoCAD 2023 - Error 112

Hello,

I've been trying to install AutoCAD for a few hours and it keeps failing. I've already tried everything on there: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad-for-mac/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticle... multiple times. I've installed the licensing server manually too.

The error is always occurring around 93% then reverts back to 0%. Here is part of the log:

As you can see the error always occurs when running postInstallODISMaster.sh. I have not been able to find that file to inspect what it's doing presumably because it's being removed by the installer when it cancels the installation. Using a Macbook Pro M1. Never installed any Autodesk products before today. Can you help?

Thank you.

Thank you for the reply! I wasn't aware there was another log file in /var/log so I checked it out and found this:

Meaning that the service wasn't actually running. I reinstalled the service again, started it with

launchctl load /Library/LaunchDaemons/com.autodesk.AdskLicensingService.plist

instead of using sudo and this time the installation went through. Thank you!

It is Terminal command.

You need to launch Terminal app and use this command in it.

I enter your command, it gives me this(

Warning: Expecting a LaunchAgents path since the command was ran as user. Got LaunchDaemons instead.

`launchctl bootstrap` is a recommended alternative.

HI @oleg0085 ,

Have you tried to run that terminal command as admin?

To solve the issue, verify the following suggestions one by one:

Uninstall and re-install the Autodesk On-Demand Install Service (ODIS) component manually
Go to the Windows Services.
Press the Win + R keys on your keyboard.
Type "services.msc" in the Run window and hit Enter or press OK.
Stop the service "Autodesk Access Service Host".
Go to C:\Program Files\Autodesk\AdODIS\V1.
Launch "RemoveODIS.exe" as admin (right click > run as administrator), if it exists. Otherwise remove manually all the content in the folder.
Download and install the latest version of the Autodesk On-Demand Install Service (ODIS).
Run again the Autodesk product install.

Recreate the Custom Install image
If you are installing using Custom Install from the Autodesk Account, recreate the install package and try again to install.

Use the latest available Installation from Autodesk Account
Download and install again using a different install method.
