When I cut off Wifi, Autocad opens but immediately comes back with licence expired message

 I refer to the fines or routines that appear in the utility directory 

especially the adsklic on top and maybe also the launchservicesd

I have and can use a VPN  and maybe I should use that. I am living in Brussels, which country should I use for the VPN ?
